Introduction

Welcome to our new blog! Two years ago me and Dresden Scott started a very rage- driven, socialist orientated blog known as Rude Reds. Rude Reds arose out of our creative need to break free of " professional " socialist writing- you know the dreary formula of " capitalism bad, socialism good, we need socialism" that makes an interesting news item a goddam boring read.
We were even given instruction on how to write a proper socialist article.
No shit.
Writing Rude Reds was our positive escape from all that. But the maniacal energy requirements to be that outraged all the time was unsustainable. We found our articles growing fewer and farther apart and sometimes not all that fun to read. Once again we were caught in the web of writing to a formula- this time self- imposed.
So here is the result. Don't be fooled by the title. Sure, we will be talking about zombies in movies and literature. We love the stinky fuckers. We are going to be writing about firearms and how fun they are to shoot ( and gun safety ). Dresden has advice on preparing for disasters ( progressives need to get caught up on this - because if the SHTF, I don't want to live in a world populated only by Minuteklan militia types ). And politics and world events are going to be covered like we did on the previous blog. We just are not going to lock any constraints on our writing this time.
And if you want to contribute an article, a short story, or even a poem, let us know and if it meets our stringent editorial process (  easy... if it is a piece with a leftist slant or a nice piece of writing, it is in ) we will post it.
